1. Literally, to progress on foot alongside one or more other people. The destination can be mentioned between "walk" and "together." Dave and I walk to school together every morning. It was so cute watching the two toddlers walking together and holding hands like that.
2. To remain united with someone or some group, especially in support of or opposition to something. We continue to walk together with all marginalized people in our ongoing fight against oppression and discrimination. The entire country must begin walking together if we are ever to achieve the bright future I know that we are capable of.
