Tom was quite the anxious introvert during high school, but he transformed into a self-confident and gregarious young man during college. The chemical reaction causes the solution to transform into a solid.
2. To cause someone or something to undergo such a change or conversion. In this usage, a noun or pronoun is used between "transform" and "into." We also highlighted that the contourlet transform, with the help of its double filter banks consisting of LP and DFB, is able to cater not only for multi- resolution, localization, and critical sampling but also for directionality and anisotropy, hence making it more appropriate transform to be used for iris feature extraction as compared to the wavelet transform.
Literature [7] adopted wavelet transform to extract rotation invariant texture features, but with this algorism, only approximate rotation invariant features could be obtained.
In order for Contourlet transform to be translation invariant, Cunhua proposed a nonsubsampled Contourlet transform [14].
Like the method based on Log-Polar and DT-CWT, the first step of the method proposed in this paper made use of Log-Polar transform to turn the image rotation into translation.
The application of curvelet transform to the data analysis from GPR has been done for two cases: synthetic data generated in GprMax software [18] and experimental data.

It is natural to combine wavelet and Contourlet as the joint sparsifying transform to produce more physically plausible solutions instead of using either of them individually [26].
The combination of the wavelet and the Contourlet transform is employed instead of the single transform to preserve the abundant geometric information.
Then, we make use of auto correlation / convolution property of Fourier transform to obtain time domain expression of triangular band limited pulse.
And when AY = 1, then t = 1/T and the product of sinc and cos functions simply reduces toWe'll apply here the definition of inverse Fourier transform to find out the corresponding pulse in time domain.
