1. Used humorously to indicate that something is erupting or exploding, or about to do so. Look, the volcano is erupting! There she blows! He pushed down on the plunger of the detonator as he yelled out, "There she blows!"
2. Used humorously to indicate that one is now able to see something or has arrived somewhere. A: "Thanks again for driving me home." B: "No problem at all. Well, there she blows. Have a good night!" A: "There she blows! I can see the carnival tent!" B: "Well spotted, Mike!"
