rude slang An acronym for "pulled it directly out of my ass," referring to data or information that one has, or is suspected of having, merely guessed or fabricated entirely. Often used as a noun in reference to such data or the practice of inventing it. The alternative medicine blog relies heavily on PIDOOMA, making all sorts of claims about the efficacy of such and such natural remedy without providing any actual evidence. It's obvious the figures cited by the politician were PIDOOMA.
