piddler

piddler

1. slang One who constantly or consistently spends or wastes time being idle or procrastinating. I've been something of a piddler all my life. I can get work done, sure, but putting things off just seems hardwired into my DNA. The problem with this industry is that it attracts its fair share of piddlers who just want a paycheck for as little actual work as possible.
2. slang One who urinates, especially without full control of oneself. Our dog was such a piddler when she was a puppy that we lined our entire house with newspapers until she was house-trained. Jack has a bad habit of turning into a public piddler whenever he's had a too much to drink.
