On my authority; according to me! Used to assert one's confidence about some statement or proclamation one just made, typically in response to the phrase "Says who?" A: "You are not taking the car out tonight!" B: "Oh yeah? Says who?" A: "Says me! I paid for it, so I get to decide who uses it or not!"
