slang Worthless; undeserving of even the smallest amount of money. Primarily heard in US. These wild abstract paintings are not worth a dime to me—they give me a headache! That house is not worth a dime, if you ask me. I mean, the ceiling has already partially collapsed, and the foundation is sinking!
