slang A disagreeable, ignorant, ugly, incompetent, or irritating person. An impolite phrase, it is generally used by juveniles or in a juvenile manner. Often written as a single word. Jeff always steals my lunch money. He's such a butt-face! You scratched my car, you buttface!
