keyed up about (something)

Excited, nervous, or anxious about something. I'm so keyed up about that concert that there's no way I'm going to be able to fall asleep. I can tell Ben is getting keyed up about having to give his speech in front of the entire school, so I'm trying to help him calm his nerves.
