1. rude slang To waste time being idle in some place or engaged in some trivial activity. We had a few hours to kill before our flight, so we ballsed around downtown Manhattan. I've been ballsing around trying to get this old ham radio working.
2. rude slang To waste someone's time with evasive, misleading, or incompetent words or actions. In this usage, a noun or pronoun can be used between "balls" and "around." I thought I'd have my computer back by now, but the repair shop has been ballsing me around all week. Good luck getting your refund anytime soon. They are notorious for ballsing around their customers once they've got your money.
