Firmly grounded in a realistic, pragmatic mindset regarding one's or others' ideas, ambitions, plans, or goals. It's great that you are so intrepid in your entrepreneurship, but you have to keep both feet on the ground or you could end up losing everything. I never worry about our eldest daughter's future. She has feet firmly on the ground.
