A profuse or intense display or declaration of love or affection. Often used in the plural. He kept showering me with love bombs early in our relationship, but then all of a sudden he became very cold and distant. With all the love bombs the prime minister has been dropping on the foreign country's new president, one would swear they were in cahoots or something.
