slang An initialism of "laughing in my head," used in text messages and online communication to indicate one's slight amusement upon seeing or reading something. Often spelled with lowercase letters. LIMH this morning as I read about our governor's latest boneheaded decision. I didn't just LIMH when I saw this video—I literally LOL'd!
