rude slang No or the least possible amount of regard, concern, or consideration (for someone or something). Always used in the negative to indicate that one does care about something at all. I really want to go to this party, and I don't give a flying fuck if Todd's there with his new girlfriend—I'm going to have a good time no matter what!
