slang To see or talk to one at some later, unspecified time or date, especially when one unable to converse at the current moment. I'd love to hear more about your trip, but I really have to go now—I'll catch you another time, OK? A: "I'm sorry, Ms. Peterson is out of the office. Would you like to leave a message?" B: "No, that's all right. I'll try to catch her another time."
