1. vulgar slang The anus. I'm never eating spicy food again. Seriously, it felt like I had fire coming out of my asshole the next day!
2. rude slang A rude, annoying, or mean person; a jerk. Ugh, that guy is such an asshole—don't even bother talking to him. Can you believe that asshole just spilled his coffee on me and didn’t even apologize?

rude slang Said of people who are moving quickly. Often used in military contexts. We were all asshole and elbows, trying to get ready the barracks ready for inspection. All right, cadets, you know the drill! Assholes and elbows!
