A similar proportion were waiting too long at Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust (83.3 per cent) which has missed the target for 13 weeks running. Walsall's Manor Hospital declared an "internal major incident" as figures revealed it was seeing just 73 per cent of patients within the target, the worst in the region.
