dated slang A combination of the barbiturates secobarbital and amobarbital, sold under the brand name "Tuinal." The slang term has a variety of other spellings, including "tooey," "tooie," "toolie," and "toole." The police officer discovered that the driver was whacked out on tuies. He got expelled from college for selling tooles at parties.
