When you speak about or consider something plainly, with all facts, details, or aspects taken into account. When it comes right down to it, voters care more about issues that affect them directly than things that affect others or will have an impact on them in the future. I'm sure they have their fancy arguments and leaps of logic ready, but when it comes right down to it, what they did is theft, plain and simple.
