offensive slang A Caucasian person who dresses, speaks, and behaves in a manner stereotypical of an African-American person. Usually used to degrade or belittle that person as nothing but a cheap imitator. A portmanteau of "white" and "nigger," often stylized as "wigga" based on the colloquial usage of the latter. His rap album is pretty popular, but a lot of people dismiss him as nothing but a wigga.
