1. At an especially high level. Make sure you put anything breakable up high before we arrive. Our toddler just loves pulling things off of shelves.
2. In a position indicating one's pride, dignity, or confidence. I know you're unhappy that you lost, but you should hold your head up high and be proud of all you accomplished this season.
3. An exclamation prompting someone to give one a high five. Hey, nice job! Up high!

n. a stimulating rather than a depressing drug high. (see also up pot.) Many of them have to have an up high. They are too close to clinical depression to chance anything else.
