stinkpot

stinkpot

1. slang An odious, contemptible, or despicable person. How a stinkpot like him got elected to congress is beyond me. Everyone knows the stinkpots that run these major corporations have no regard for us common folk.
2. slang A motorboat, especially one that is large or noisy. I used to be a real snob about sailing, looking down on anyone who so much as stepped foot aboard a stinkpot. I wish they wouldn't let yahoos like them drive those noisy stinkpots around in our beautiful harbor.

stinkpot

1. n. a baby with a dirty diaper. (Also a term of address.) Come here, you little stinkpot. I’ll fix you.
2. n. anything smelly. Why don’t you drive this stinkpot into a service station and get it tuned?
3. n. a motorboat. (Because the engine smells bad, especially when compared to a sailboat.) Those guys in their stinkpots sure make a lot of noise.
