send (someone or something) from (some place)

To dispatch someone or something from some place. We're sending a project manager from our East-Coast office to help with the project. I always run into issues with customs whenever I send anything from Europe to the US, no matter how mundane it is.

to dispatch something from something or some place. Ted sent the package from the downtown post office. The gifts were sent off in a large box from the company's shipping dock.
