scream at (someone or something)

1. To shriek or shout loudly or fiercely at someone or something. The boss spent the whole meeting screaming at the marketing team for bungling the ad campaign so badly. Screaming at your computer isn't going to fix any of the issues you're having.
2. To attract someone's attention in an extremely conspicuous or jarring manner. The bright-yellow curtains scream at you as soon as you enter the room. The new computer simply screamed at me from the store shelves with its incredible design and the amazing graphics it was capable or producing.
