An initialism of "not that it matters," used primarily in text messages and online communications.
1. Used to indicate the trivial nature of a statement. A: "Can you believe the Browns are actually going to the Super Bowl?" B: "Yeah, first time in history. NTIM, the Patriots are going to wipe the floor with them."
2. Used to indicate one's disappointment or irritation with something. A: "Hey, I picked up some burgers for dinner. Hope U R hungry!" B: "Oh, I had planned on cooking steaks tonight. NTIM…"
