Yep, the bank made a mistake when they listed such a low asking price for the house. If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is, right? A: "The car looks like it's in pristine condition. Can you believe they want to sell it for just $2,000?" B: "I don't know, if it seems too good to be true, it usually is. I bet there's something wrong with it that they're not telling us."
