An initialism of "I don't get it," indicating one's confusion or lack of understanding (about something). Used primarily in text messages or online communications. A: "What did the surfer say about the London Underground?" B: "What?" A: "'Totally tubular, dude!'" B: "IDGI" A: "You're being very insensitive, you know." B: "IDGI, what's the issue? I'm just stating the facts."
