1. dated slang A heavy drinker or alcoholic. Often hyphenated or written as a single word. The poor guy has been a juice head ever since he lost his job. 2. slang A bodybuilder who uses anabolic steroids or other performance-enhancing drugs regularly or excessively. ("Juice" and "juicing" are slang terms often used in reference to steroids.)
