To maintain a calm demeanor and think clearly in a difficult, stressful, or troubling situation. I know you're anxious about this midterm exam, but just remember what we've gone over and try to keep a cool head. You have to keep a cool head during business negotiations or else you may end up getting the short end of the stick.
