To have one's relationship with someone completely diminished, typically due to an argument or unpleasant incident. Apparently, Gina fell out with Dave over his broken promise, and now they're not talking to each other at all. Let's talk about the issue and see if we can resolve the problem. I really don't want to fall out with you over this.
