To have one's relationship with someone damaged or diminished because of something, especially an argument or unpleasant incident. Apparently, Gina fell out with Dave about his broken promise, and now they're not talking to each other at all. Let's talk about the issue and see if we can resolve the problem. I really don't want to fall out with you about this.
