1. Brought up to date with some outstanding activity or new information. Make sure you get Samantha caught up with all the latest developments. I'm finally all caught up with my assignments.
2. Fascinated, charmed, or enthralled by someone or something. I never expected Jane to get caught up with a bad boy like him, but that's exactly what has happened. I never thought I'd be so caught up with a soap opera, but this one is just so good!
3. Drawn into or mired in something. My siblings are constantly fighting, and no matter how I try to avoid it, I always get caught up with their drama.
