dream come true, a

dream come true

A wish or a goal that a person has wanted or achieved after a long time. Jessica has had a crush on David since she was a teenager. When he finally asked her out on a date, it was a dream come true. Some of my favorite organizations are the ones that make dreams come true for terminally ill children. Publishing this novel is really a dream come true. I never thought I'd see the day it happened.
