A complete account of one's daily dietary intake, habits, or rituals. This is my day on a plate: a smoothie for breakfast made with unsweetened yogurt and five types of fruit; a salad for lunch with broiled chicken breast; a mid-afternoon snack of nuts; and, finally, wholegrain pasta with tomato sauce and lean ground turkey. It might sound boring to some, but it keeps me feeling tip-top every single day.
