flow out of (someone or something)
1. To move quickly out of something in a smooth, fluid manner, as of a liquid. I pulled out the stopper, causing water to flow out of the bathtub.
2. By extension, to rush or spill out of someone in a fluid, effortless manner. I couldn't stop myself, even though I knew I was rambling—the words just flowed out of me.
3. To move quickly out of some place or thing in large numbers. As soon as the dismissal bell rang, kids began flowing out of the building.
