An abbreviation for "joy of missing out," the enjoyment of time spent alone, rather than the feeling of compulsively needing to be with one's friends or know what they are doing. The opposite of "FOMO" ("fear of missing out"). I rarely go out on the weekends anymore. I've totally embraced JOMO!
