Bitching Betty; Bitchin' Betty noun in the Canadian Air Force, an automatic audible vocal warning system of danger CANADA, 1995- In the CF-18 a tape-recorded warning, presented by a female voice, is injected into the pilot’s earphones whenever certain malfunctions or potential probelms develop.
