2. slang A disheveled or unkempt mess. Usually used in the phrase "look like who shot John." Primarily heard in US. You can't be going into an interview looking like who shot John. Go take a shower, brush your hair, and put on some clean clothes, for goodness' sake! Please don't take my picture. I look like who-shot-John right now.
