An initialism of "turn your caps lock off," a phrase used to chastise someone online who has been writing posts or messages solely in capital letters, whether by mistake or as a means of "shouting." A: "I JUST THINK THAT THIS IS A MASSIVE SLAP IN THE FACE TO THE FANS!" B: "OK, we get it. TYCLO, dude."
