A common misspelling of the phrase "would've, could've, should've," used to dismiss one's or someone else's regrets or worries about past actions or the lack thereof. I wish I had given myself an extra day off before going back to work after my vacation. Oh well—would of, could of, should of. A: "Should I have said more during that presentation?" B: "Eh, would of, could of, should of. It's over now, so there's nothing more you can do."
