Where can (one) reach you?
By what means can one get in contact with you? "Can" and "one" are reversed if this is used as a statement instead of a question. A: "Thank you for joining me for this interview. Where can our listeners reach you?" B: "Yes, let me give you my Twitter handle." A: "I need to know where I can reach you while you're on vacation." B: "I'll still be checking my emails intermittently."
