What more can (one) do?

There is nothing else that one is able to do to improve or resolve this unfortunate situation. I've already apologized and offered to pay for the damage—what more can I do? A: "I just feel like the company should be doing more to fix this mess." B: "But what more can they do? They've followed all the legal channels that are open to them."
