toss (one's) lunch

slang To vomit, especially violently or profusely. A variation of the more common "toss one's cookies." I felt like I was going to toss my lunch from seasickness out on that boat. She's so squeamish that she tosses her lunch at the merest sight of blood. The smell was so disgusting that several people tossed their lunches right then and there.
