There is nothing else that one is able to do to improve or resolve this unfortunate situation. I've already apologized and offered to pay for the damage—what else can I do? A: "I just feel like the company should be doing more to fix this mess." B: "But what else can they do? They've followed all the legal channels that are open to them."
