that's (just) too much

1. That is really hilarious, entertaining, witty, etc. A: "So then I said, 'What, me worry?'" B: "Hahaha! Oh, Connie, that's too much!"
2. That is more than one can tolerate or endure. So you mean after nearly a year of hard work, all my profits are going to taxes? That's just too much! What's even the point of working for myself?
