the young may die, but the old must die
the young may die, but the old must die
Some people may die at a young age, as due to accidents, murder, or disease, but the elderly are liable to succumb to old age. So many people obsess over finding ways to delay their own death, but at some point, you must come to the realization that the young may die, but the old must die. I've lived a long, fulfilling life, and I'm just grateful that I made it this far. So please don't grieve for me—the young may die, but the old must die.
