To act in a confident, natural manner, especially as a means of hiding or ignoring one's embarrassment, discomfort, or inadequacy. I know it can be terrifying stepping out onto a stage in front of hundreds of strangers, but you've just got to believe in yourself and style it out! The TV presenter tripped as she was walking up the red carpet, but she styled it out pretty admirably.
