1. A children's game played with bottle caps or similar makeshift pieces on a board drawn with chalk on the road or sidewalk. Found primarily in urban areas, especially New York City. Each summer, the streets of our neighborhood are filled with kids playing hopscotch and skully.
2. slang A tight-knit seamed cap; a beanie. Living in such cold weather, you get used to wearing skullies just about all the time. My girlfriend knit me this awesome skully for my birthday.
3. vulgar slang An act of oral sex performed on a male. She offered to give him a skully in exchange for a dime bag of weed.
