To say or recite a lot of information, especially a list of things, very quickly or all at once. A noun or pronoun can be used between "spiel" and "off". I asked for the names of everyone attending, but he spieled them off so quickly that I didn't have time to write them down. She started spieling off again about how unfair the tax system is for small business owners. Tom spieled off all the reasons why he wanted to join the marines.
