scream with (something)

1. To utter a very loud, fierce, or piercing cry, shriek, or shout due to something. She screamed with pain as the car rolled over her foot. We were left screaming with frustration at the news. The audience screamed with laughter throughout the comedian's show.
2. To have a very conspicuous, attention-grabbing abundance of something. The film is absolutely screaming with amazing visual effects. Your story is competently written, but I can't say its exactly screaming with originality.

to scream because of something, such as pain, anger, rage, etc. Frank screamed with pain when the car door closed on his fingers. The teacher screamed with rage when the student talked back.
